The Frog and Flute – website

Dungeons and Dragons dice retailer, The Frog and Flute, was rapidly expanding – trebling turnover over a three-month period. The brand had outgrown its digital infrastructure and required a set-up that would allow it to efficiently process orders and continue its growth strategy.

The previous website was built on Wix, which had limited eCommerce functionality. Nifty proposed to migrate onto Shopify for its wide range of features and plugin options.

The Frog and Flute benefited from a strong, loyal, audience and we were keen to ensure this community could be served in a variety of fashions. In addition to the commerce functionality, we built out a forum that allows customers to interact with each other, trade purchased items and arrange meet-ups.

In addition, we included an option for loyal customers to subscribe to product orders – giving them the opportunity to receive a new set of unique dice every month at a discounted rate.

With Shopify’s third-party plugins, we also gave customers the opportunity to earn points for their purchases, variable delivery pricing based on geolocation targeting, and rewards for leaving reviews on the site.
