Hi, I’m Sam, Nifty’s new PR Manager.
I’m really excited to officially be a member of the Nifty team, and having spent my first day meeting my new colleagues (via Microsoft Teams of course), I’m really looking forward to learning the ways of the niftyverse and achieving some game-changing results.
I join Nifty with more than seven years’ experience under my belt, having started out in the world of PR at the age of 19 (seems A LONG time ago now!). I’ve previously specialised in consumer PR, focusing particularly on the leisure and tourism sector and priding myself on my extensive media relations and creative copywriting. Having said that, I’ve always been very interested in the sports industry due to it being one of my passions outside of work, so when the opportunity arose to join Nifty, it was a no brainer.
I’m sport (predominantly football) MAD and have been since I can remember. I am a long-suffering Birmingham City fan who has endured the joys and sorrows of following the boys in blue since I was about three years old. I also enjoy playing the game, you just can’t beat turning out on a freezing cold Sunday morning to knock a ball around with your mates. As well as that, I enjoy going to the gym and believe it or not, I’m a huge darts fan (I prefer watching to playing, because, well, I’m rubbish) and if you’re wondering what I’m saying right now then please just give it a chance, it’s fantastic!
I think my experience in PR, combined with my passionate love for sport and an active lifestyle, makes me a good fit for team Nifty and I’m excited to get my teeth into some of our amazing clients and also be a key factor in helping to grow our client profile.
